A PCBA process engineer pushes the PCBA machines to its limits, not only by developing efficient procedures and processes but also by collaborating with process and automation engineers to streamline the entire PCBA manufacturing process from start to finish. This role comes with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in modern PCB assembly lines and the freedom to redefine the standard to impact the industry significantly.
